What a wonderful time our group of seven had. The entire staff was warm, helpful and a joy to be with. Our rooms were very comfortable and the views were spectacular. The weather could not have been better. Since this was our first cooking course experience we were not sure what to expect. The tours to Hue and the three tiny Hoi An towns were excellent. One of the real highlights was our visit to make cheese. We were able to observe what day to day life was like in a working household. Having lunch there was like dining with family. The program offered a nice balance between relaxing and touring the beautiful Da Nang city. I can’t thank you enough for offering this very unique program. We all loved every moment we spent and please let us know if you decide to offer an advanced class. A true 10 out of 10 experience for us all.
