GENERAL BOOKING CONDITION:
- You can immediately reserve your trip or your vacation in a secure manner. If you need information or face with precisions concerning in choosing of destination or to plan your itinerary; we recommend that you should contact our travel consultants by email or ring us. We also note that the VCTravel.com.vn site is totally secure for all your transactions.
- Using the vctravel.com.vn website for online booking or filling up our booking form, you are deemed to have read and accepted our booking conditions; and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of persons in the party. The person who completed the online booking form has to be responsible for keeping other member of his/her party informed as the booking details. Therefore, please kindly read our terms and conditions carefully in relaxation time.
- These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with VCTravel. We are also thoughtfully to note that these terms and conditions may change at any time without confirming you, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions frequently in case if there are any changes. No other terms and conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
I. TICKET RATE:
- Tour ticket prices are calculated in USD currency per person per tour. Currency conversions will depend on current of exchange of your credit card company at the time of booking. Ticket price only includes parts that are clearly listed in the “Including” section on the tour programs. VCTravel will be not responsible for of any expense outside of the “Including” section.
- Children’s Price policy: The year old of children and baby will be considerred at the date you arriving at Vietnam
- Children under 2 years old: No service fee (eat and sleep with parents) could be changed at the time of book follow our service on the price table.
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: follow our service fee (eating separately and sleeping with parents).
- Children from 12 and up: Pay as an adult ticket price
II. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
- In the case, the product is listed at an incorrect price or incorrect information by reason of typographical error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to reject or cancel any order (booking) placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit has been changed. If your credit card has already been changed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit card account in the amount of the charge.
III. PAYMENT POLICIES AND ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS
- All bank transfer or credit card payment charges/fees (With 4% bank fee for Visa, Master, and American Express, JCB and Diners Club card) will be paid by clients. VCTravel will not be responsible for any late payment leads to tour cancellation. In the case full (final) payments are not received on time, VCtravel may automatically cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.There are two cases in online booking on our site:
- III.1. Online booking 47 days before departure date:
- Full reservation payment (deposit) must be received by VCTravel at the time of booking by click:
- Step 1: We would like generally require 15% deposit of full amount of the ticket per person for reservation this tour. The confirmation document of booking tour will be responded with booking code (user and password) after online reservation step completed successfully.
- Step 2: You feel free of mind until 45 (forty five) days before departure dates. At that point, we would like require full (final) payment 45 days for all services before departure date (with 85% remainder) by money transfer or credit card payment online. In online booking event, you should click “payment”,
- to enter your booking code (user and password) for full payment.
- VCTravel will not be responsible for any late payment leaded to tour cancellation.
- III.2. Online booking less than 45 days before departure date:
- In another case, if you plan to travel to Vietnam in within less than 45 days prior to departure date. You can book online as followed step by step:
- Step 1: Choosing your appropriate tour program, then click “pay now” at the end of step four (in booking form). Consequently, your booking confirmation will automatically send to you within 30 minutes maximum. However, in this event you are not allowed to pay pre-payment (deposit) to get the tour ticket. Within 72 hours, you will receive our agreement with booking code (user and password)/or booking rejection.
- Step 2: In the case, you received booking code (considered as our agreement) from us by email; you should click at “payment” and enter your user and password for full payment (100% total amount of tour price) within 2 days maximum since we issued that confirmation email.
- VCTravel will not be responsible for any late payment leaded to tour cancellation
III.3. Money transfer
If you feel convenient in money transfer, please read carefully our account information bellow:

and then print a copy of our credit card charge form offline. Once completed please fax the form with one copy of 2 sides of your credit card with your signature to our Danang Head Office at +84.511.36 24 148 / Office in Paris: +33 957 58 18 13 or scan it and email us.
IV. PAYMENT SECURITY
It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it will be secured by OnePay based on SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. We guarantee that your credit card information will be protected and managed by OnePay secure system only. We do not known and keep your card information, and that information will be treated confidentially and not be recorded in our system.
V. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Booking confirmation document will be issued by VCTravel after each pre-payment and full payment completed successfully and it will be informed by email or fax to client containing detail booking information. In the event you have not received our confirmation within 48 hours since you paid already, please contact us for your confirmation. Please print these and keep them for your records.
VI. CANCELLATION POLICY
VCTravel will not be responsible for any late payment leads to tour cancellation. In the case full (final) payments are not received on time, VCtravel automatically cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Non refundable deposit tour booking upon is required at booking. Cancellation will be charged of total ticket price as follow:
- More than 45 days before trip departure date: 15% charge
- 30-45 days before arrival: 30 % charge
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50 % charge
- 8-14 days before arrival: 85 % charge
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100 % charge
- No show: 100%
VII. REFUND AND UNUSED SERVICE
Non refund deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
VIII. LIABILITY
VCtravel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Therefore, passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and tour itineraries; so if this occurs, VCTravel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Both sides are under no compensatory obligation for losses occurred nor under legal responsibility. However, each side must have the responsibility to make the best effort to help the unfortunate side to alleviate the loss due to the uncontrollable reasons.
IX. PASSPORT AND ENTRY VISA
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
X. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. For that reason, VCTravel strongly advises that you should buy a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour as: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of luggage and belongings, personal injury and death. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
XI. MEDICAL PROBLEMS
If you have any medical problems or disability which may affect your stay you must inform us before booking giving full detail to our Customer Care Center. Your booking may be declined or cancelled if our suppliers (transport, hoteliers) or we feel unable to properly organize your particular needs.
XII. PERSONAL PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and we try very effort to ensure that your personal information is respected and protected at all times.
XIII. APPLICABLE LAW
Using the Site, you are deemed to agree that the laws of the Vietnam Law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and VCtravel
