1. Click direct on Tours menu button at the top of our website. Search the tour at “Search Tool” or click direct to Tout categories at the Left Menu. Click on Tour Title to read the tour program, if you are interested in tour program, you will now can click Booking under price table to book this tour.
2. Follow the booking of our booking process appear in your screen computer.
3. Depends on time of your booking, your booking will be divided into 2 processes:

• Your booking date under 45 days of prior depart:
  • At the end of booking, you could pay the deposit to get Tour ticket. All information about your booking will be appeared at your email.
  • In 48 hours maximum, you will receive another email said that your booking has been accepted or not. If yes, you will now can click on Payment button.
  • Put your user and password that have been attached in your email.  Right now, once again you can check all check all your booking information and click “Pay Now” in order to Pay the tour and get ticket.
• Your booking date above 45 days of prior depart:
  • Follow the steps above. But at the end of booking, you required to pay 15% of total price in order to get tour reservation. You also receive a confirmation email from us about all reservation information within User and Password.
  • Before 45 days prior depart, you will be required to pay 85% rest to get tour ticket by click Payment then put User and Password.

• You cannot currently make changes to a booking online in real-time but VCTravel is making every effort to provide this functionality within the next year.

Q 5. What is your cancellation policy?

1. VCTravel will not be responsible for any late payment leads to tour cancellation. In the case full (final) payments are not received on time, VCtravel automatically cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
2. Non refundable deposit tour booking upon is required at booking. Cancellation will be charged of total ticket price as follow:
   • -- More than 45 days before trip departure date: No charge
   • -- 30-45 days before arrival: 10 % charge
   • -- 15-29 days before arrival: 20 % charge
   • -- 8-14 days before arrival: 50 % charge
   • -- Within 7 days before arrival: 100 % charge
   • -- No show: 100%

Q 7. Are there other things that cannot be booked online?

• No. If you have special requirements, please kindly write down “Other Requirement” filed at the time you do online booking. But please recognize that you have to pay for your requests. 

Q 8. What kinds of guarantee, or proof of payment do you provide?

1. In your confirmation email have all information about your payment (total pre-payment/deposit for tour reservation and full-payment within bank fees). This email like a receipt to acknowledge your payment.
2. And also, I can click Payment, then put again User and Password. The information appear on you computer screen, like a Electronic receipt of your payment. You can click Print button and print it out.

Q 9. What mode of payment do you accept?

• For online booking, we just only accept Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express, JCB and Diners Club), within 4% bank fees paid by customer.
